To obtain a certified copy of a Marion County death certificate, contact the Marion County Department of Health, Office of Vital Statistics at 352-629-0137. How do I make changes to my current script?

The Official Documents team cannot provide legal advice or assist in the preparation of legal forms. It is highly recommended that you consult a real estate attorney or legal advisor if you change ownership or wish to correct, add or remove a name on a deed. To find the name of a Florida real estate attorney, call the Florida Bar Association Attorney Referral Service at 1-800-342-8011. Once the proper documentation is complete and ready for registration, you must meet the registration criteria outlined in Section 695.26 of the Florida Statutes.

Where can I get a blank writing form?

The regulatory office does not provide any forms. These forms can be purchased at office supply stores or downloaded from online sites that offer Florida deed forms, depending on what you are trying to do. It is highly recommended that you consult an attorney or legal advisor to ensure that the form you are using is appropriate for your situation. Once the proper documentation is complete and ready for registration, you must meet the registration criteria outlined in Section 695.26 of the Florida Statutes. Other laws may also apply.
